Q. How long will I be considered for employment?

A. Your resume will be kept on file for 6 months.


Q. If I am not selected when am I eligible to reapply?

A. You are eligible to reapply for the same position 6 months after your interview date.


Q. What is your recruiting email address?

A. To reach recruiting please contact recruiting@suncountry.com. The email is monitored M-F and our goal is to respond within 2 Business Days.


Q. Is there an email address or phone number I can use to check on the status of my application?

A. We want and love enthusiastic applicants here at Sun Country Airlines however, we are unable to provide individual updates. Please be assured that all applications and resumes are reviewed by our Recruiting Team.  Since we do receive a high volume of applications, the most competitive applicants will be contacted for an interview. 


Q. I am a Pilot, where do I apply.

A. All Pilot applications are processed through Airline Apps (LINK). 


Q. I accidently answered a question incorrect, is there a way to update my answers?

A. Unfortunately, answers to questions cannot be changed once submitted.


Q. Am I able to add a Letter of Recommendation?

A. You are able to add attachments during the application process.


Q. Does Sun Country conduct pre-employment background checks?

A. Yes. Sun Country Airlines conducts pre-employment fingerprint based Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) background checks.
